Sales & Administrative Assistant
 
 

Growing international distribution, sales and marketing firm requires a Sales & Administrative Assistant. The position is optimal for a candidate looking to transition into a sales role while working in a small, close team, relaxed environment.

Responsibilities include; administrative duties, provide support to North American Sales Manager as well as to NZ Head Office, customer service leading to sales. Applicant must have very strong communication (written and verbal) skills, organizational and customer service skills. Be flexible and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow with the business. Applicant must also possess proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Access, Outlook and Adobe. Post Secondary education preferred in Office Administration, Sales or Marketing.
